Free online wellbeing training for Night Shift Workers

Do you or you staff work during the night? Night working can take a toll on sleep, relationships and health. Sleep deprivation costs the UK economy a staggering £50 billion per year, affecting productivity, worker attrition, and safety. 

Support night workers’ wellbeing with this free, online training. There is no charge as it is funded by a local grantmaker to deliver these sessions.

Registrants will also receive a set of sleep resources by post to support participation.

Priority for workers from small and medium sized organisations

Session content: Sleep experts deliver an interactive session with personalised discussion, activities, quizzes, and sleep tips. Our content covers the below, all in the context of better sleep:
