Property Advice Service

The Property Advice Service Programme now has confirmed the last date for 2023.

This event will mark the end of this two years provision, a London Business Hub programme, in conjunction with Gerald Eve (International Property Consultants) which main objectives are to improve London’s SMEs on the issue of being a commercial tenant, including:

• Lease/licence agreements
• Business rates
• Property occupancy
• COVID-19 related issues
• Any other property issues

It will be an interactive session where you would meet the expert in commercial property face to face, discuss your issue and get advice. It will also be an opportunity to network with like minded people to educate, inspire and support each other.
