Protect yourself from criminals who are taking advantage of the current Coronavirus situation.
They are using an increasing number of ways to target both businesses and individuals online and in person.
Online advice:
- Visit only genuine official websites (Government, suppliers, utilities, broadband etc)
- Check the detail of the URL or website address
- Avoid clicking on links on emails and text messages
- Don’t rush to give away personal details
- Please don’t assume everything you receive is genuine
Report all suspicious activities to the police.
