BID levy payers are invited to attend the Streatham BID Annual General Meeting (AGM), taking place on Tuesday January 24th 2023, 6-7pm at The Manor Arms, 13 Mitcham Lane, Streatham, SW16 6LQ.
This is an opportunity to find out more about projects delivered on your behalf in the year 2021 – 2022 and what we have planned for the next five years.
The AGM will include:
- A report of BID activities over the last five years
- An opportunity to ask any questions about the voting – if you are still undecided
- The chance to meet the BID team and Board of Directors. All Board Directors volunteer to help improve Streatham and are business owners or managers like you.

If you would like to vote at the AGM, you will need to formally join InStreatham as a company member by simply completing a company membership form. We treat all levy payers as members in effect, but formally joining the company allows you to vote at the AGM.
If you are a company member and unable to attend the AGM, you are entitled to appoint a proxy to attend and vote instead. Proxy forms are to be returned to the BID team 48 hours before the meeting.

All Board Directors volunteer to help make Streatham better and are business owners like you. A Board member is expected to attend meetings which are held every six weeks and be either a business owner within the BID area or be an employee of a BID levy paying business.
