By now you should have all received your invites to InStreatham’s 1st Annual General Meeting on Tuesday July 15th at 5.30pm.
The InStreatham community wardens are delivering these by hand but if you have still not received yours then please let us know.
The event will take place at the front meeting room at Gracefield Gardens Health & Social Centre, 2-4 Gracefield Gardens, SW16 2ST
The meeting will include the appointments and resignations of members of the BID Board, to adopt the audited company accounts and to appoint auditors for the coming year.
BID levy paying businesses within the BID area will need to become a member of the company to vote on resolutions at the AGM. Membership is free and the necessary form is attached. All members are entitled to appoint a proxy on their behalf. This form is also here and will need to be received by the Board 48 hours in advance of the meeting via email (info@instreatham.com) or by post to InStreatham, Hideaway Workspace, 1 Empire Mews, London SW16 2BF.
Copies of the annual review will also be available on the night. Please come along and meet the team working for you for a better Streatham!
