We are happy to confirm the extension of pavement licences on Streatham High Road.
We have been lobbying for this extension to support businesses which is great news for our hospitality sector. Lambeth Council have extended pavement licenses for another year which means for a flat fee of £100, businesses can have tables and chairs outside their premises until 30 September 2023. This does not replace the Table and Chairs Licence.
We are also lobbying for discounted business rates for Streatham to support our businesses to address the cost of living crisis.
