Streatham Business Awards is a reputable, inspiring annual professional competition. It culminates in an entertaining and profile-raising evening dinner usually hosted by a Streatham celebrity host with the Mayor of Lambeth.
The bi-annual Awards celebrate business excellence in Streatham, from the independents to voluntary sector organisations and leisure providers. It aims to give local businesses a sense of pride and recognition for their hard work and contribution by bringing them together as a supportive, connected community.
The Awards is promoted in local press across south London profiling local businesses in the media to the general public. In 2018, Streatham-raised actor Richard Blackwood awarded nine businesses in their respective categories.
