The brand new Streatham Ice Rink, Leisure Centre and Tesco Superstore will be opening on the 18th of November having brought much-needed investment into the southern bit of Streatham. 250 apartments will bring growth to the area around Streatham Station on the High Road. A lack of investment generally has seen this part of the High Rd lag behind but it has now been optimistically rebranded as Streatham Village.
We have seen improvements in the last 6 months with new retail shops including a vintage shop and a Lebanese café/restaurant. We look forward to the improvements continuing as footfall increases dramatically in this part of the town.
